Returns

You may return unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different color or style? Contact us within 14 days and we'll help you arrange an exchange. You'll need to return the original item first; we'll ship the replacement once it's received.

Digital Patterns

Due to the nature of digital products, PDF pattern purchases are non-refundable. If you have any issues with your download, contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
