How long does shipping take?
All items are made to order. Processing takes 3–5 business days, then shipping depends on your location:
- US: 5–10 business days ($5.99, free over $50)
- International: 10–20 business days ($12.99)
Do you accept returns?
Yes! If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original condition. Full returns policy →
Are your patterns beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! Every PDF pattern includes step-by-step instructions, stitch diagrams, and links to a full video tutorial on the tinycrochet YouTube channel. If you can chain and double crochet, you can make any of our patterns.
How do I download a PDF pattern?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access all your patterns anytime from your downloads page. Patterns are delivered as PDF files — no physical item will be shipped.
What yarn do you use?
Our bags are crocheted with recycled cotton yarn (special bag yarn) that's sturdy and holds its shape. Each product page lists the specific materials used.
How do I care for my crochet bag?
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry — do not wring or machine dry. Your bag will last for years with proper care.
